| Job Summary:
The Registered Dietician shall assist with Dialysis Clinic administration and staff with the following activities:
Essential Functions:
*Policy and procedure development and revision.
*Patient assessment and treatment planning.
*Patient and family member nutritional education and motivational counseling.
*Participation in patient care conferences with dialysis treatment team.
*Participation in special educational events and outreach activities.
*Available for telephone consultation on days not on-site.
Licenses:
*Must be a certified Dialysis Dietician
Skills and Abilities:
*Possess the ability to communicate both verbal and written effectively.
